Sweet Thing (poem)

Sweet Thing

From the moment I first met you

you always managed to enthral me

your smell, your exquisite taste

the way you melt in my hands

I cherish it when I have you all

to myself, in anticipation I unwrap you

to feel your silky texture in my mouth

I love you so much, chocolate

This was written with the prompt enthral provided by Sammi Cox’s Weekend Writing Prompt #113.

Please buy me some chocolate! 🙂
