Happy
Theresa was on our bed with her earphones on singing aloud to her favourite tunes as she browsed on her laptop. She seemed to have had her favourite song Happy on endless loop for the last half an hour. I hated that song, and to my annoyance she was singing along.
The song had come out ages ago and she still couldn’t stop singing it, as though it was the only song in existence. As soon as I heard her, I knew it would be an earworm for at least the next day.
I sat there listening to her singing. I wasn’t happy.

And isn’t it annoying when someone does that. 🙂

Anytime we would drive somewhere together with my grand daughter, she would put on her headphones and sing loudly and way off key.
