Impact
The life support door slid open. I blearily opened my eyes and saw red lights flashing. I slowly stumbled out of my pod and found a computer screen. There had been a major impact with an asteroid and half the starship was either gone or wreckage. The worse news was that we were drifting straight towards a planet. I wished the computer hadn’t bothered waking me up.
